Called the store spoke with a manager and at first he didn’t seem to cared then I said do you guys have a corporate number I can call and all of a sudden his demeanor changed. I got an extra free delivery reward and a free drink. Never did he say we can deliver another salad it was just rewards. I am very disappointed and will never order from this location ever again.

Turns out I still had to wait 15 mins more for my order at the counter! What kind of system is that!? Literally didn't eat get to eat bc my lunch break flew by just waiting for my order. Only place that those this. I had even ordered it 20mins advanced before going to pick it up
