  Top tier excellent customer service and the food was delicious !! Everyone was super kind ! Alyzia, Donna, & Dee are all such wonderful people ! Very friendly atmosphere !

  Never come here again it’s horrible. Staff were very disrespectful. Came in one hour before close!!! And they made my food with an attitude gave me an attitude and gave me dirty. Looks while cooking my food when I got home the food was undercooked and I didn’t eat it. I am very disappointed.

  It's our 4th time this location(White Settlement). Usually we get food after a game so the food is excellent and the staff accommodations for the "night crew" as she put it. have been wonderful. Today we chose lunch time and from the moment my husband walked it the vibe was definitely different. He ordered our usual and asked if we can get the wrapped in foil vice just the paper and styrofoam and she told him no they usually don't do it and the foil is for the burritos and shares that info with the other female staff member. He said fine no problem it is what he usually gets and one of the ladies replied," let me guess night check?"and he replied yes it's been at night then she proceeded with a tone saying if it was her doing that she would have gotten on trouble. So again he said no problem, then he asked for his onions to be grilled and that was met with what was viewed as a smart reply. So, as usual he stands at the counter to wait for his food and was told him standing there makes the cashier nervous so he looked and said ok and walked away to bring the drinks to the car. Goes back in and the lady at the counter said the lady on the grill said she's not wrapping one of the sandwiches in foil so he shrugs his shoulders and says ok then the cashier goes back and says loudly he shrugged his shoulders. Now, as Veterans my husband and I combined contributions of 46 yrs do our best to alway strive to push positivity into the atmosphere no matter where we go and respect is a given. But since it was made clear by the "day crew" present today that is was to be tested and thier lack of welcoming to ALL customers showed my family that our funds are not welcome at this establishment. We will no longer purchase at this particular store, we're not telling the viewers of this post to not eat there. I am just sharing what we've experienced today. But to add insult to the wound our food was plagued with tons of salt making it totally not edible that we threw our food out which makes us believe and take our visit today was upsetting to the staff present. To the two women who worked today, we are sorry if today was just not a good day for either of you we get it, I will like to believe it was just that and not your daily greet and meet to customers. Trust we carry a huge amount of understanding in our hearts as we would like to think most if not all war vets do. I do pray that your days following are full with love and prosperity and try to keep in mind that the person on the other side of that counter can as well be having a bad day and just need that smile and a welcomed voice to get through their day as well.
