Called to see I could get a replacement and the manager decided to go back and forward about how she had me check my food! Granted I looked in the bag to make sure everything was there but I didn’t think has to taste the food! Instead of offering to replace she decided to argue with me

Had an odd flavor and the wings that had no sauce on them (we asked for the sauce on the side) looked dark as though the grease used to fry them was old. The manager eventually came over and admitted that the fryer grease needed to be changed and the cooks were instructed then to not to use that fryer. That was it.....no apology and no offer to remove the order from the bill. On top of that, several tables looked dirty. Two stars instead of one just because the server was friendly and tried to get us help.

- TTTaber ThistleMar 27, 20261.0Worst customer service they need kitchen management to step it up severely was there for 30 minutes waiting on a to go order to get told after the 30 minutes that one of their fryers was down and it was gonna be a lot longer!!!! Ultimately had to cancel, how inconsiderate can u be to take on all those orders and not give people a realistic wait time, they have the option to up the wait time on their to go tablets and choose not to, I guess to keep the business and hold your order for ransom... not sure but very unprofessional never seen a kitchen more out of whack in my life
