  Bought two of the Orange Chicken bowls and two hours later got horrible food poisoning. It's the only thing we've eaten all day. Someone isn't washing their hands. They're a sketchy ghost kitchen where you pull your food out of a locker. There's no accountability. We ate within 10 minutes of placing our order.

  I ordered takeout from Bowls of Rice and it was DELIGHTFUL. The crab rangoons were crispy and fresh, the bowl that I got was so good and a healthy alternative to some of the other places nearby. And to top it all off, the peach tea was AMAZING. I can't wait to visit here in person. They left me a handwritten note in my takeout bag that I can't get over. Thanks Bowls of Rice!!!

  We ordered on Door Dash and loved the rice bowls. The small size was perfect for lunch and a very reasonable price. I ordered the Crispy Jalapeño Herb Aioli Chicken Bowl and loved it. I will definitely order from here again!

  LITERALLY FOUND A GRASSHOPPER IN MY SALAD AFTER I HAD EATEN A LARGE AMOUNT OF IT 🤢. It was still alive too! I wish I could show the video of its legs moving. I’ve seen hair in food, but a grasshopper?!? I had it delivered and I’m at work. I couldn’t find a phone number or email to contact them about it so I am sitting over here with wasted money and food and a huge grasshopper in my damn food! I’m super bummed because I used to really like this place.

  An exceptional experience all around. I had the salmon bowl with butter garlic rice, and it was outstanding, easily a 5/5. The flavors, the quality, and the execution were all top-tier. But what truly set this experience apart was the handwritten note. That level of intentionality and care is rare. In a time where customer service often falls short, it’s refreshing to encounter a business that not only delivers excellent food but goes the extra mile to make people feel valued. That matters. Shoutout to the entire kitchen crew and everyone behind the scenes who make Bowls of Rice what it is. You’ve earned not just a loyal customer, but genuine respect. I’ll have nothing but great things to say about this place, and the fact that I’m already headed back again today says it all. Thank you, thank you, thank you. -AB
