  After 16 years of having had this food that was so good in North Carolina, it is truly sad to have to say I thought I was in McDonald’s and ordered chicken nuggets. I ordered tenders and they were so small, what a wasted of $12.00. I will never go back.

  The most bland disgusting food I have ever eaten. The Mac and cheese tasted like rubber no seasoning so nasty. The chicken sandwich has one quarter sized amount of mayo I had to add more at home. The chicken patty tasted horrible and you would think it would be seasoned and juicy but it was dry and did I mention, bland!! Blegh 🤢🤢🤢

  All the food was amazing. The service was very upbeat professional and courteous! Everything was well cooked, juicy, tender!! The hash browns had a hint of onion taste which I don't like onions no sure if it had it in it or just the flavoring but it was all delicious. Mac n cheese, tenders, especially chicken biscuit and with gravy and the dirty rice. I didn't like the house sauce has a mayo seasoning taste but ate my tenders with ranch!! Will definitely be back soon!!

  First time trying Bojangles and I’m honestly impressed. The food was fresh, hot, and came out quick. The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the manager actually checked on me multiple times, which you don’t see much anymore. The biscuits are handmade and you can tell; easily one of the best parts of the meal. Sweet tea was on point, desserts were solid, and the fact they serve breakfast all day just puts it over the top. Definitely earned a repeat visit.

  I’ll go to the window I order the lady sounded nice and I get to the window. She was polite, but then behind her it was all these Hispanic young ladies, laughing and giggling and stuff like that before I even got my food and normally I would say to myself never mind and just drive off but today I was in a rush, and I was just trying to give me quick something quick to eat and head on by my business. I got my food and that’s what they gave me like that’s not what I ordered. It’s all chrome, I mean crumbs who just fallen out all everywhere as soon as I took it out the bag like it was wrapped in everything in crumbs was falling everywhere so they knew before they handed it to me that they had already did it like they were giggling and stuff because they did that and then the manager I called act like it was no big deal. I’ll just exchange it when I go up there. I just need my money back because at this point it’s like if y’all don’t want no job and y’all just upper planning people food this is why people don’t eat fast food because of people like them playing and laughing and and not taking a job serious. It doesn’t matter where you work at. It’s the way that you conduct yourself and they did not conduct themselves well at all, especially by serving somebody some food like that you knew it looked like that you knew it was in this form before you handed it to me, but you still gave it to me like that. I don’t appreciate that. Yes, I’m very upset about it.
