  I went through the drive thru and the person at the intercom had the worst attitude imaginable. I asked what sauce is on the fish sandwich and his tone was as though I was a fool for asking. I asked that it be put on the side, he sighed and continued with his horrible tone. I left, didn’t buy the food so I can’t attest to that. Considering you rarely have people in the drive thru or the lobby you’d think you’d care more about tone as Arby’s clearly needs the funds. A shame.

  Went to the drive thru tonight and the man that was taking the orders was so rude and kept getting increasingly rude and angry as we ordered. We left without finishing our ordering.

  Got to this location and ordered my food got to the window and the lady tells me they don't take cash 30 minutes before they close cause she doesn't have any cash which I find is ridiculous so she wasted 40 dollars worth of food or did they jist want to take home free food I will be calling the manager in the morning cause this is just laziness very disappointing in arbys and their customer service no wonder they aren't making any money if this what do with their customers.
