Hello, I am writing to report a very disappointing and unprofessional experience I had at your store. I have been a loyal Albertsons customer for years, but after what happened, I am seriously reconsidering shopping at this location. I went to the store to purchase T-bone steaks that were advertised on sale. I asked the butcher for the value packs, which I could not find, but he refused to cut more meat and told me—very rudely—that he was “done for the day.” He then handed me only the few steaks that were left. When I went to self-checkout, I scanned my items and noticed the price was much higher than it should have been. I asked Alexis, the employee working there, for help. She told me she couldn’t assist and that I had to go back to the meat department to correct the price. When I returned to the meat department, the same butcher told me he couldn’t help, didn’t know who could help, and told me to come back the next day. I explained that I could not come back, so I returned to self-checkout and asked Alexis again. She became extremely rude, refused to correct the price, and when I said I no longer wanted the meat, she started loudly and repeatedly saying “wow, wow”in front of other customers. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. The lack of basic customer service from both employees was unacceptable. No one should be treated that way, especially when simply asking for help with an incorrect price. Because of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this store. I hope this matter is addressed seriously so no other customer has to go through a situation like this. Thank you.

I dont understand why so many people are still shopping @ walmart. Albertsons has weekly sales on meat, dairy, produce and household essentials. If you just need a frozen pizza for the day or a quick future meal in the freezer, Albertsons has great weekly deals on frozen foods! I get monthly "for U deals" on items I purchase frequently. Downloading the app is convenient and I dont understand why people dont see that. Prices can be compared before leaving the house. Always great customer service!

I come here often and don’t usually have issues, but recently there has been a worker with dark hair and older in self checkout who avoids greeting black customers. She worked 3-6-26 evening shift around 6pm-8pm. Her name badge had purple jewels ( I was unable to see her name) She doesn’t even give eye contact and finds ways to ignore engaging with us. Also, there was a worker throwing boxes in my direction earlier this week to be able to stock shelves but that was very unprofessional and dangerous to me. He could have just walked the items over. It was near the macaroni aisle so someone may receive broken noodles. I also could have been hit if his aim was off. Check the camera from 3-1-26 to 3-6-26 and you will see him. I miss old management as a lot of the faces I’m used to are no longer there. The customer service is not the best.
