  Placed an order in the drive thru and they asked I pull ahead to wait for my drink….really! Waited 15 minutes and no drink. Went inside to get a cup so I could get my own drink and no one would acknowledge I was there. I finally hollered out and asked if I could have a cup. They said they went to give me my drink and I wasn’t there…lies. Finally got a cup and served myself. Incompetence at its finest.

  The female Mgr on duty was the only one with a sense of urgency. The male Mgr needs a reevaluation, was just standing around and then when she called for assistance he had no customer service skills what so ever. Several patrons left due to lack of working employees making wait times excessive.

  Edit: the link for further feedback doesn’t work. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life! If I could give no stars, I would after this experience. The guy who took our order in the drive thru wasn’t paying attention so we had to say our order 3 times. The order didn’t pull up on the screen so he asked at the window what it was to be sure it was right. Confirming the order, it was wrong. So my dad pretty much had to REORDER the food AGAIN at the window. We get to the second window and this other guy reads off the right order with the wrong drink and is missing my water. The guy fixes it and my dad asks for a receipt. Upon getting the receipt we see that there’s a $2 charge for a tea we didn’t order! I had to go inside anyways because the coke was disgusting and watery. Stops at the counter and was walked past THREE TIMES before a lady finally asked me what I needed. When I told her I needed the money back for a tea we didn’t get she asked if I got a water and said the charge was for that. This is not advertised ANYWHERE nor were we told that McDonalds now charges for a tiny cup of water even after messing up your order several times!! Glad I don’t live near here because I’d never go back anyways!!! Edit to add that I just pulled my fries out of the actual bag only to see that my large fry is NOT a large fry!! So even though we tried ourselves to fix the order three times, it was STILL wrong!! I worked in fast food and customer service for 12 years. It’s NOT this hard!

  We always stop here when we pass through. The people are great and very attentive. This time my burger came out a little undercooked, but as soon as I mentioned it they replaced it right away with a perfect one. Thank you for the good service.
