- ACAriana-Jasmine CastrellonMay 26, 20201.0Heather was extremely unprofessional, rude and lacked basic customer service skills. Unfortunately, employees such as her give hardworking-dedicated civilians who work on post a bad reputation. Every other employee at Subway has been a joy. Heather acted as though doing her job was an inconvenience for her. She become hostile when I asked for two different types of cheese.
