    This subway really sucks. The Filipino looking lady with a tatoo on her neck is very rude and has no customer service skills. She was not wearing a name tag so we don't know her name. We ordered 2 turkey bacon chicken wraps and she told us that we were limited on vegetables because she couldn't wrap it and we only asked for lettuce and tomatoes and she said we could not. We ended up getting no vegetables on them. She charged us two foot longs when we requested two 6 in subs. We noticed on the receipt that she charged us two completely different subs as well. She is the worst customer service employee and does not listen to customers and their orders

    I ordered catering online and did not get a confirmation email sent to the email I input in the order. We went to several locations to find the order and ended up buying 2 pizza from another establishment for a work party. No call or email from the store about the pick up but I get an email (not a call) from the catering call center at 4pm about it. My pick up time was 12...4 fricking hours later. And they are still going to charge me. I would rather drive all the way off post to another franchise to do catering with. I think it's piss poor service for a huge corperation like that.
