- JJJared JamesApr 1, 20263.0I ordered a frozen coffee with Caramel. This was at 1645 today, when I started drinking. It was hard to drink because of a huge chunk of ice and small-ish chunks.
- OBOctavia BrownFeb 23, 20261.0I ordered an iced coffee and, like the last two visits, I had to double-check that it was made with sugar-free vanilla because the previous times I was given regular vanilla instead. When I politely asked the employee at the front to confirm, she immediately seemed irritated. It’s so ridiculous. Every time I come here especially in the afternoon, the staff is rude for no reason. Around 2 PM there are only a couple customers, so it’s not like they’re overwhelmed or slammed. It takes nothing to be kind.
