To start, one of the workers were incredibly rude, I asked for a water cup, it was never given to me, after politely waiting to ask for it again before one of the workers interrupted me, he in a incredibly rude tone while almost yelling, told me “YOUR GOOD NOW SIR” asking me to walk away, he repeated this twice before I could ask for my water cup. I then proceeded to go outside and eat my burrito and the entire thing fell apart on me, I went inside to get a fork and the birds outside were eating at it. So of course I immediately threw it away. Didn't even bother asking for a refund because of how unwelcoming and rude the dude inside was. Great addition to my already long day! Worst $15 I ever spent got treated like shit and didn't even get to eat my burrito. I would have rather gotten robbed at gun point than put through that BS again. Never going to this Chipotle ever again.

In these economically turbulent times, Chipotle Mexican Grill once stood as a rare sanctuary where quality ingredients and affordability coexisted in admirable balance. It was a place where one could reliably obtain a thoughtfully prepared meal—fresh, flavorful, and reasonably priced—without feeling the sharp sting of financial compromise. Regrettably, that era appears to have drawn to a close, as rising costs and shifting priorities have transformed what was once a dependable culinary refuge into something far less accessible. Not only have the prices escalated to a point that strains justification, but the very quality that once distinguished the establishment has deteriorated in a manner that is difficult to ignore. Ingredients that were previously vibrant and fresh now seem inconsistently prepared, at times lukewarm, poorly seasoned, or assembled with a noticeable lack of care. The once-reliable harmony of flavors has given way to meals that feel hastily constructed and disappointingly subpar, amplifying the frustration of paying a premium for an experience that no longer reflects its former standards.

This location seems to upcharge for items that other Chipotle restaurants include at no extra cost. That inconsistency feels unfair, particularly on post serving military families.

I put in an order at the counter for three people with two burrito bowls and one burrito, as well as a large chips and salsa and a large chips and guacamole. However, it was 8:30 p.m. and the store was closing at 9:00. I'm not sure if the person that was working there was trying to be generous and give heaping spoonfuls of everything or why she did it. But, while making The order we ended up with heaping spoonfuls of black pinto beans with all of the juice and all of the juice from every other item which caused the cardboard to go container bottoms to leak through by the time that I got home 15 minutes later. And one of the containers was put in the bag sideways. So it leaked all over every other item and through the bag onto the entire passenger seat. I suppose it's my fault that I did not check it. However, who would put it like that?? I was very frustrated with order. The food tasted fine I guess, but it was a hassle and I don't like my food to be soupy especially when it's a burrito. I wish that Chipotle would start using bigger slotted spoons so that that you don't have to have all that juice if you don't want it!
