  Bought a large chilli for my hubby it was 3/4 full, with no beans in the chilli and I asked for extra chilli sauce and did not get a one! 😔 Very disappointed he said he tasted like tomato sauce 😞 too.

  Very disappointed. I have literally never written a review before, so that’s when you know it’s bad. Today was supposed to be free frosty’s and fries, but when we arrived at 5:30, the person working told us that they stopped it at 5 PM. No reason was given other than “that’s what my boss said”. Mind you, they weren’t out of fries or frostys and told us we can purchase those. We had ordered food on the app, and had we known that we wouldn’t get fries or frostys, we would have just ordered the bag that comes with them. Then when we asked for an extra sauce (with the 2 burgers and 6 nuggets we ordered), she told us we would have to purchase it. Overall terrible experience because of management. Sincerely, a pregnant woman who just wanted a freaking frosty.

  Went for the Free fries and frosty promotion for March madness and was told that the manager ended the promotion at 5. Not what was mandated from Wendy’s and very convenient to rip off customers right before dinner and people get off work
