  Bought the Tom Thumb pork tamales And they were awesome! I have bought from several grocery stores and these are the most authentic tasting ones and not dry! They taste just as good as my favorite restaurant ones and only $6.99 for 1/2 dozen which is a great price and they are a good size.

  I pulled up to park in Handicap and Mr.Cleveland and Ms.Marissa just standing there talking. Saw me trying to parking and didn’t want to move. I went in came out and they where still in the same spot running they mouth. Do Better !

  I am writing to report a very disappointing experience I had with a bakery employee on April 2, 2026, at approximately 1:23 PM. Each month, I purchase a jumbo chocolate cupcake with blue sprinkles from your bakery for a special milestone tradition with my son. This has always been accommodated in-store without issue. Today, I called ahead to confirm availability. The employee who answered was immediately dismissive and rude. When I asked if she could check for blue sprinkles, she placed the phone down and the call disconnected. When I called back, she continued to speak in a loud, argumentative tone, repeatedly interrupting me and refusing to let me explain. She insisted this was a “cake order” requiring 24-hour notice, despite this being something your bakery has consistently done for me in the past. When I calmly pointed out her tone, she became more dismissive and refused to provide her name when I asked, instead telling me to “call Dottie Farmer.” I ended the call feeling disrespected and upset. What makes this even more concerning is that employees never know what a customer may be going through. As someone currently dealing with postpartum depression, this interaction affected me more deeply than it should have. A small act of kindness or even basic courtesy could have made a significant difference in that moment. As a customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and respect. This interaction was unacceptable and deeply disappointing. While I appreciate that a manager later assisted me and confirmed the request could be completed quickly, the initial experience was disheartening. I strongly believe that employees who consistently display this type of behavior toward customers should be retrained or removed from customer-facing roles, as it reflects poorly on your store and does not align with basic standards of customer service. I hope this matter is addressed so that other customers are treated with the kindness and respect they deserve.

  Adam Matej, the store director, provided exceptional service when I lost an item in the store. He was incredibly helpful, thorough, and attentive to detail throughout the entire process. He took the time to carefully assess the situation, gather the necessary information, and help verify where my belonging was. I also want to recognize the guest services team, pharmacy department, and manager Alex, who were equally helpful, professional, and supportive. Everyone worked together to make sure I got the answers I needed, and their customer service truly stood out. I really appreciate the effort from the whole team—great experience all around!
