  Taco Bell has been my go-to place across all of the places I’ve lived. I was excited when this location opened closer to home and have been let down every single time. Don’t waste your time - drive to another location.

  If I could give a zero I would! Worst Taco Bell I been to. Nothing but teens playing around not doing their job. Waited at the cashier window for 2 minutes to pay no one to be seen , moved forward had 6 employees standing around playing and on their phones. I’m assuming the one counting money at the register was the “manager” she could care less wha was going on.

  I came in through the drive-through late Wednesday afternoon ordered a crunch wrap, supreme, no tomatoes, no sour cream with extra nacho cheese on the side. They did not give me nacho cheese on the side nor did they remove the tomatoes and they didn’t even give me a receipt they have teenagers working at this Taco Bell and it’s kind of ridiculous when going up there late at night and all you see is them playing around.

  There's nothing bad about this taco bell - it's just very mediocre. The store is fairly well kept and clean. The drive thru is usually a fairly quick and short line but inside the service can be somewhat slower because drive thru clearly gets priority. I had ordered an app pickup order and had to stand waiting for several drive thru orders to be processed before I was even attended to regarding my order. This isn't a huge deal because drive thru almost always take priority so I understand. The location is quite convenient for anyone living in heartland because it sits right near the 741 I-20 intersection. This makes it easy to get to both from areas closer to Crandall and those on the south side of Forney. If you need a quick bite, this is a pretty good place to stop, especially if you're on the go. Btw: I tried the tacodilla (see the pics!) and added guacamole - I have to say, it was both filling and delicious. Hope it becomes a regular menu item.
