We went to buy a sandwich and they didn't have bread how can you eat a sandwich without bread and they still have it opened you expect me to go there and there's no bread like of least close the shop if you don't have any bread.

I placed an order for a vegetarian sandwich on 2/27/2026 for dinner pickup at 8:40 PM. When I got home and opened my order, I discovered it contained meat — a serious mistake, especially for customers with dietary restrictions or beliefs.
I drove back to the store to have it corrected. While they did replace the sandwich, there was absolutely no apology, no acknowledgment of the error, and the staff member didn't say a single word. The complete lack of customer service made an already frustrating situation much worse.
Getting the order wrong is one thing — it happens. But the indifferent attitude from staff when handling a complaint is unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses both the order accuracy and the customer service training. Unfortunately, this experience has lost you a customer.

For a place that touts freaky fast subs, this was the slowest 2 moving people I have ever seen put condiments on bread. ZERO sense of urgency and 2 people walked out. Very slow.
Whoever was working February 15th, 2026 at around 6:30pm were insanely rude to me when I was picking up an order for my wife. 3 guys sitting down, not even working, weren’t behind the counter. Laughed at me as soon as I walked in, had the audacity to directly make eye contact and laugh, and when I walked to the counter to ask for an order pick up, they wouldn’t even say anything, they got up, went behind the counter, and just pointed at the wall. I was incredibly uncomfortable. I’m an Asian man and I guess that’s funny to them? I tried to be polite and say thanks and they burst out laughing. Unprofessional, rude. Won’t be going back. Fix your staff.
