They only take online orders at times, and u could be standing right in the store. they stop taking orders at 11pm. Just all kinds of bad experiences, the sign says open late and it's not true. They just suck, like why are you even here if you couldn't take the volume. And the staff don't care they just say oh well. Terrible. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time. I agree with everyone complaining in the comments section because I have witnessed everything they said. Thought it would have got better but I see not. So long wing stop. Per DoorDash policy, dashers are not supposed to prepare customers’ drinks for safety and liability reasons — that’s the restaurant’s job. Yet the employees here will basically force you to fill the drinks yourself. I calmly told one of the workers that we’re not allowed to do that, and she looked at me like I was crazy and just kept doing what she was doing, completely ignoring what I said. No communication, no care, no accountability. On top of that, the store is usually behind, disorganized, and full of teenagers just running around bullshitting instead of doing their jobs. Orders take forever, and nobody seems to care that drivers are on a clock and customers are waiting on their food. If you’re ordering delivery from here, be careful. This place clearly doesn’t respect food safety, delivery policies, or customers’ time. Management needs to step in because right now this location is a mess.
