I ordered and paid for a 10 piece combo and got an 8 piece. I called, someone answered and I explained what happened and the young lady who answered asked me to hold on. I was placed on hold for almost 10 min the first time I called back and was placed on hold again.

There were at least 10 or more people in the very small waiting area. They only had one cashier and I felt bad for her. Staffing needs to be addressed by management at this location. The food was good. My order was correct, but it was very slow to receive, would not return to this location. And I do not recommend them. Go to Seagoville instead
