  This is by far the worst Wendy’s location I’ve visited. The customer service was completely lacking from start to finish. When I walked up to the counter, there was no “Hi, how can I help you?” — just a blunt “Yeah?” After I finished ordering and paid, there was zero acknowledgment. No “thank you,” no “your order will be right out,” nothing. The employee simply walked away. When the food was ready, my number wasn’t called — it was just left sitting on the counter. Another customer actually had to wave at me to let me know my food was ready. Maybe he should be on payroll. There were no napkins included, and although I ordered ranch, I was given BBQ sauce instead. When I politely pointed out the mistake, I was told it would cost $0.50 to get the ranch I had originally ordered. That’s unacceptable. Basic courtesy and attention to detail go a long way. This experience felt indifferent and unprofessional from beginning to end. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements

  Thank y'all for serving even if it was a lengthy order they were still able to serve and handed off everything right thank you for being amazing

  I asked for plain and I TOLD THEM NOT TO PUT MAYONNAISE ON IT AND THEY DID we told them the order again to make sure they got it right they don’t be listening they always mess up my order

  Photo taken while people are looking at me as the dining room is supposed to be open as it’s 9:25 and 10pm is when it closes. Either hire people or protect the integrity of your business by posting CORRECT times. Plus long waits in short lines during dinner is ridiculous
