I went in to get balloons blown up for my son’s birthday on Valentine’s Day and she is the only one out of 5-6 workers behind that acknowledged me without me saying anything. I understand it was a holiday and busy, but a simple “good morning, I’ll be right with you” would suffice. I even smiled at another lady that was behind the counter before being helped and she looked away. Again 5 stars for Barbara.

This 3rd order I had a delivery window from 9am-1pm and didn’t receive my delivery of my items until 5:30pm. 😳 That is unacceptable, and when you try to reach out via chat on the app the robot is of non assistance all the robot states is “Your order is delayed, is there anything else I can assist you with”? Like wow what type of assistance is that… none at all! Also, the shopper started picking my items early, and when I asked for an item out of my list they informed I would have to wait an hour to receive my hot meal item… well with how long it took for my delivery why not add the hot meal item back to my order like really? I can say the shopper was quick with the responses which was nice, but not being able to receive one of my items due to the time it will take to prepare, the super late delivery, the online robot chat. Not a great experience! I would recommend in store shopping because this location does have a lot of great choices, but online shopping needs work!
