When I called back to resolve the issue, I was met with extreme disrespect from an employee named Alicia. She insisted I had received my order, even though she admitted the rest of my items were still at the restaurant. She refused to process a refund, raised her voice, and nearly used profanity toward me. After I asked for a manager, she repeatedly claimed no manager was available—until she herself became hostile, at which point a manager suddenly took the phone. In total, I waited two hours and never received the full order I paid for. I requested a full refund for the missing items and an acknowledgment of the poor treatment I experienced I hope this matter is taken seriously, as both the incorrect order and the disrespectful customer service are unacceptable.
