I had a 5 star review 4 years ago but now this location is worse. Today the manager was rude to me and tried to overcharge me and blamed it on taxes. I was there the day before so that doesn’t make sense. I submitted a feedback but she could do a better job of being polite especially when I hadn’t even spoken to her before she came to the window. I was nice and simply explained why was going on. I submitted a feedback on the website. Hopefully someone will talk to her

El servicio es pésimo 🤦♂️🤦♂️ tarde más de 20 minutos en la línea del drive tru porque el señor de adelante estaba RECLAMANDO FUERTEMENTE QUE SU ORDEN ESTABA MALA (en ese momento debí huir) 😩 pedí carne adicional para mi hamburguesa, y cuando veo habían colocado la carne aparte en un envase 😳😳 eso nunca pasaría en CHICK FIL A, tienen mucho que aprender ni una gota de salsa tenía la hamburguesa 🍔 pero fue una experiencia PECIMA YA McDonalds no sirve tienen demasiado que aprender de chick Fil A

Worst experience ever and a waste of time. Came around 4am everyone infront of me got their food, but some how after waiting 15 minutes they forgot my order. Then when they finally got my order after 15 more minutes I got my order without fries. Then when I opened me food my burger had a unreasonable about of ketchup and mustard literally all over the bun. Overall get new staff makes no sense. Felt like they were ragbaiting me they way they were acting so slow.
