  Very disappointed in the customer service. I had 12 items and was turn away from the self check out. Then forced to go through a check out lane, which crashed then was forced to relocate once again and when I did reach a registrar was told I had to bag my own groceries by somebody name yessy ?! I'm a Houston native very familiar with HEB and never experienced nothing like this before. Very disappointed.

  I really love the wide range of options, the customer service is hit or miss as I have had some very rude experiences thus far. (Feel.like you can't ask for direction bevause they seem so stressed about the task at hand)I've been at least 5 times since the opening. The other NO Points? No rewards or at least that what I was told per customer service rep? Outside of that, its new...lets give them some grace and time. Overall experience equal better than most.

  I'm new to the area and can't really give a rating yet, but this store seems to be ALWAYS PACKED! People can barely move around in it and they almost run you over. Over the weekend my friend was getting something off a shelf when a man asked her to move so his wife could get something from that same shelf and she had to tell him wait his turn! She's shopping just like they were. So find a better time to go to avoid all these crazy, impatient people.

  Hello, this location is hard to exit at all angles. I hope everyone take precaution. The prices are high, produce isn't of good quality, store is beautiful. The BBQ stand needs a menu on the wall because the one sign to order located above the register is up high and hard to see the menu. The prices are outrageous and the food quality is poor. One beef rib is over $36, which they claim to be a big portion, an UNDERSTATEMENT!!! My chopped beef sandwich had so much fat on it I threw it in the trash. The flavor wasn't that good and the sandwich was dry, buns cold. Not good as the locations in Midland - Odessa or the San Antonio - Dilley and Natalia TX areas. Compared to them this facility is garbage. I was too pissed when I got home and my sandwich was fat meat. That guy said he was from another location, smiled at me, took my money and fixed me a sandwich full of BS. Also they were out of everything I wanted. I also bout BBQ baked potatoes which were dry and had a small portion of meat.

  I am absolutely thrilled to have a new H-E-B near my home, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with my first visit. From the moment I walked in, the experience stood out. Despite how busy the store was, everything ran smoothly—I was able to get in and out quickly, which says a lot about how well the store is staffed and managed. Having all lanes open, with team members actively bagging groceries, made a huge difference. The customer service was excellent across the board and truly elevated the shopping experience. I was also pleasantly surprised (and very excited!) to see such a thoughtful brand selection. Please keep carrying: Algae Cooking Club Oil La Roche-Posay Olaplex Amika The Honest Company – Sensitive Skin line The full Aquaphor line The full eos line (I would be especially excited if you added the pistachio scent!) Your meat and seafood selection is fantastic as well—clearly high quality and well curated. My only wish here would be to see more wild-caught Atlantic options, if possible. That would truly make the selection exceptional. There are just a few additional items I would love to see you carry in the future: The Ordinary skincare line Briogeo Hair Line Bulk bags of Epsom salt Starbucks non-dairy creamer, specifically the Brown Sugar Espresso flavor Overall, this store is doing so many things right—from staffing and efficiency to brand selection and customer care. I hope you’ll continue building on what’s working so well and consider adding some of the items above. This location is already a standout, and I’m excited to keep shopping here. Thank you for such a great experience!
