I mean really. they've helped me figure out my perfect order, what the best add on options are and I feel a sense of being actually cared for. ive gone to Terrell, Mesquite and Rockwall locations and they're nice and all, but forney feels like family. the wait time is usually non existent or just a few minutes, the food surprisingly doesn't take long (like starbucks ugh) and the way they have someone get the orders in line makes everything fast - but my favorite part is talking to Hannah, she is personable, kind and such a sweetheart. she makes the atmosphere that much better. I love how they put happy birthday on my fur baby's pup cup :) it's the little things they do that matter!!

Every single one of them has been nothing but kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet every time I come through. Their smiles, their energy, and their customer service are truly unmatched. They always greet me like they’re happy to see me, and that means more than they know. There was even a day before church when I wasn’t okay, and just one sincere question from Andrea opened the door for me to express how I was really feeling. She listened without judgment, and it reminded me that there are still real, caring people in this world. What makes this location even more special is that ALL of them Kenzie, Rylee, Jordan, Ivan, Andrea, and Hannah carry that same positive, genuine spirit. They treat people with kindness, and you can tell it comes from the heart. And if I forgot anyone, I am truly sorry I’m not the best with names but the whole team deserves a big kudos. They are all amazing, and Dutch Bros is blessed to have such a great crew. ❤️

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
