  I realize the employees are young but as a customer I felt rushed and like I was imposing on them to ask for any condiments or napkins. But the main issue is that I didn't get all the food that I paid for; I asked for Combos and I did not get a drink that went with one of the combos. We pay way too much money for this kind of service. Thank you for the opportunity to express my concerns.

  Not only do they charge for extra items, and provide out incorrect items that have allergens to people that cause anaphylactic shock, but don’t EVER think you can call the store and get an answer. They will never answer, and the phone will just hang up on you. I’ve had issues with this location nearly every time I order there which is why I go so seldomly. I’ve reported this store to corporate.

  I came in with my daughter’s birthday blizzard and the assist manager, Linda, continually talked over my daughter and I. My daughter got an email that her birthday reward was available until 2/16 and went into the store on 2/15. My daughter clicked the link in the email which showed a code called a redemption code. The manager said no I need a redemption code and you need our app. As we live in TX and have redeemed birthday rewards many times she had the TX DQ app, but the app was not displaying the birthday reward. She said it was because my daughter had already redeemed it. Yes, as we walked into the store my daughter redeemed it from the email and got a code. Which Linda did eventually use to give her a blizzard, but only after 10 minutes of arguing stating that was the redemption code she got wasn’t the right kind of redemption code. When I mentioned several times that we had redeemed many times previous with the TX DQ app in Garland, each time she talked over me saying that they were DQ Tyler and never let me finish what I was trying to say, which was to say regardless of the DQ all locations utilized the DQ TX app as it was the only app for TX. In fact the last time I started to say there is only one, she again cut me off and said no no, but I finished my sentence as said there is only one TX DQ app. And then said she oh yes there is only one TX app. Hello? Tried to say that 4 time as she extremely rudely talked over me. She was talking down to us and saying we didn’t understand how this store did it. Guess what, the Garland store does it the exact same way. The problem is the reward did not roll to the app when click in email as it normally does. I have never experienced such rude treatment at this Forney Dairy Queen. In fact when we moved here four months ago we commented on how much cleaner this location is and how much friendlier it is as well. I don’t know if Linda was having a bad day but her treatment of us and me in particular was extremely poor customer service. We may have to make the extra drive to Rockwall going forward.
