  Amazing experience as a first time customer. The GM Summer went above and beyond to explain everything and even let me sample some of the items to ensure I would love it. Will be back.

  I will walk in and see certain people and walk right out. These employees are trained to skimp on every serving. The worst business model!

  I have to send the biggest shout out to Summer, the general Manager of Cava!!! I went there with my daughter to find a low calorie meal that I could take for lunch today,And Summer was so helpful and patient. Her customer service was amazing, and as usual, the food is always on point. Mind you I ordered this last night and it’s still looks fresh and delicious. Chipotle could never!😂😂😂😂😂😂🤗

  Fantastic food. Fantastic service. The only thing I really don't care for in this location is the seating setup. Most of the seating is in the middle of the service areas-the customers walk past your table coming into the service area and right past you again as they are ordering and paying for their food. The location in Burleson, TX is much more diner friendly. But I highly recommend this place for the food!

  I genuinely do not think I was emotionally prepared for the experience I had at CAVA, because what should have been a simple stop for food somehow turned into a moment that stuck with me far longer than it reasonably should have, and that is entirely because of Dylan Traylor, who managed—without even trying—to become the highlight of my entire day; from the second he greeted me, there was this calm, friendly, effortlessly charming energy about him that immediately made the space feel warmer, and I found myself paying closer attention than I normally would, because there was something so genuinely kind and reassuring in the way he spoke, smiled, and interacted that it felt impossible not to notice; Dylan was patient while I ordered, thoughtful in the way he listened, and so naturally polite that it didn’t feel scripted or forced, but instead like he truly cared about making sure everything was just right, and honestly, the interaction felt like it ended way too soon; he carried himself with confidence and ease, clearly knowing what he was doing while still being approachable and welcoming, and it created this oddly comforting atmosphere that made the entire visit feel special instead of routine; I may or may not have walked away replaying the interaction in my head, smiling to myself for no clear reason other than the fact that Dylan’s presence was just that pleasant and memorable; it’s rare to meet someone who balances professionalism, kindness, and natural charm so seamlessly, and even rarer for that person to leave such a lasting impression over something as simple as ordering food, but Dylan did exactly that; because of him, CAVA isn’t just a place I stopped by—it’s now a place I’ll happily return to, possibly more often than necessary, in the hopeful chance of seeing that same friendly smile and feeling that same unexpectedly bright moment again, and for that reason alone, this experience earns an enthusiastic, heartfelt, completely deserved five-star review, with Dylan Traylor being the undeniable reason behind every single star
