Food is good, but they take forever! Ordered online. Came in to pick up. Saw four families in front of me order and get their food before they even started on my order. Currently waiting over thirty minutes. Could have gone to an actual restaurant and got faster service.

I ordered a small size child plate on the app after picking up my order and when I arrived home to enjoy my food the rice was stale looked a day old or two I tried contacting the place there phone just rings no one answered I did no want to drive back up there because of the distance, I am very disappointed with cava at this location I expected more quality and freshness when it comes to my food

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The wait time was unreasonably long, with no communication or apology from the staff. Customers were left standing around with no explanation or sense of urgency.
What was even more concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. One of the staff members was speaking directly over the food, and I could clearly see saliva falling near the counter area. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable in any food establishment.
Poor customer service, long wait times, and serious hygiene concerns make this place very difficult to recommend. Management needs to urgently address staff training, cleanliness, and customer handling if they want to retain customers.

I would always come in few times every week and always had a great customer service by Brianne! She has a very lovely smile that makes u feel welcomed, excellent communication, and I loved her service. She was very patient with my order and explained thoroughly what each ingredients was and even gave me great recommendations I should try! The recommendations were amazing, and thanks to her, I knew what to get every time I went there. She’s one of my favorite workers there, I honestly never see her in a bad mood. So keep up the good work Brianne, your service brings me back every time !!
