  I’m keeping this at 2 stars until I try ordering in person. Unfortunately, this is the second time I’ve ordered online and selected a protein, then paid extra for an additional full serving of protein. My understanding is that the extra protein should be the same amount as the regular serving. Instead, both times they gave me portions as if I had selected half-and-half, but still charged me for a full extra serving. They also forgot the pickled onions this time. Not a big deal since it’s the first time they’ve missed something that’s included in the bowl, but the protein issue has happened twice now.

  Abinet was amazing super friendly, fast, and made the whole experience great. Definitely one of the best at this CAVA!

  As this was my first time in with my girls as they had been there already and bragging on the deliciousness and freshness of each other’s bowl choice i chose the Garlicky chicken bowl and just let me tell you it was so good and fresh as i will be craving this from now on. Besides the freshness of the food as i was greeted by a beautiful young lady that was very knowledgeable of Cava’s products not only served me with a smile but also was very patient and friendly walking me through every step of the way. Because of her and your fresh bowl i will be returning. I went back before i left to ask her name and to thank her for her amazing customer service. Thank you again Breanna, Forney could use more support from people like you in our community..CAVA i will be returning with my friends and family so that Breanna can show them how to order and what a friendly staff you have. Thanks again Breanna for all you did that day. Made quite the first impression.

  I had an amazing experience at CAVA in Forney, Texas, thanks to Brianne! She provided excellent service from start to finish — super friendly, attentive, and really knew the menu well. She took the time to help me pick the perfect bowl and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she genuinely cares about the customers and takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to find someone who brings such great energy and professionalism to their work — Brianne definitely made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be asking for her next time!

  Today I placed an order through the app and spent 20 minutes driving to the restaurant. That should’ve been enough time for them to prepare my order. However, when I arrived, a staff member told me the steak wasn’t ready and asked me to wait. I ended up sitting in my car for over 30 minutes, and no one checked in to ask if I wanted to change my order or let me know how much longer it would take. When my wife finally went inside, we realized they hadn’t even started cooking our order — the staff were just standing around laughing.
