Customers were left standing around with no explanation or sense of urgency. What was even more concerning was the lack of basic hygiene. One of the staff members was speaking directly over the food, and I could clearly see saliva falling near the counter area. This was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable in any food establishment. Poor customer service, long wait times, and serious hygiene concerns make this place very difficult to recommend. Management needs to urgently address staff training, cleanliness, and customer handling if they want to retain customers.

She has a very lovely smile that makes u feel welcomed, excellent communication, and I loved her service. She was very patient with my order and explained thoroughly what each ingredients was and even gave me great recommendations I should try! The recommendations were amazing, and thanks to her, I knew what to get every time I went there. She’s one of my favorite workers there, I honestly never see her in a bad mood. So keep up the good work Brianne, your service brings me back every time !!
