  Buffalo Wild Wings advertised 10 free wings this Veteran's Day. We are a military family (hubby is active duty Air Force) and I had a baby one week ago so I sent him out to B-Dubs to get burgers, wings, and a skillet cookie because breastfeeding appetites, if you know you know. This BWW would not honor the discount, citing the discount being for dine-in customers only. My husband tried to explain that we did not want to bring the one-week old baby out yet, but the staff member would not make an exception. Happy Veteran's Day, B-Dubs.

  The waiter was as attentive as she possibly could be on a Friday night. They are definitely under staffed. I only seen 2 waiters which was ridiculous but our waitress did the best she could. I would go back forsure

  I had the worst experience with my delivery order and service from the General Manager, Stephen Beairsto. I was very upset and drove to the store advising as such. Although I apologized for my reaction to their issue with my order, what took place was not ok. I don’t usually do reviews, but I had to make sure I acknowledged this. Although Stephen did try to make things right, the service was so unpleasant that I threw my order in the trash.

  I can’t give anything positive for the food. We picked up our order and the fries were old tasting when I got home with them which is a five minute drive. The lemon pepper dry wings were literal because they were old, AND dry and no lemon pepper had stuck to them. This location is newer and this was quite the disappointment and loss in my purse.
