  Worst dominoes ever!!!! I will never buy from this location ever again. I ordered my food at 10 pm didn’t receive my food until 10 mins before 1AM. My pizza was cold and the employee hung up in mv face when I called them. Went up there because I only stay 5 mins away and the white male was there started yelling because I was upset!!! Will never spend another cent with them!!!!

  This place struggles, if it’s not giving the wrong pizza at pickup it’s a poorly made pizza 🤷‍♂️

  We had an absolutely horrible experience with this Domino's. I had a friend in town who ordered pizza. The pizza was supposed to be delivered at 9:45. It was delayed over 30 minutes to the point we had to leave or we'd miss an event we were going to. We called to get the order refunded and they delayed us on the phone until they delivered the order and then refused to refund us. They offered my friend a $15 no online orders coupon for that location only which he tried to explain wouldn't work for him since he does exclusively online orders and does not live here. The employee argued with my friend. We asked for the store number and his name. He provided the store number, but refused to give his name twice. I believe he said it at the beginning of the call, but we don't remember what it was. He was one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever witnessed, and I find it shocking Dominos would have someone like this on their team (and in a seemingly higher position at that). Please look into this issue and listen to the call if you are able, because this was unbelievable.

  Messed up my delivery order twice. The manager (Blake?) refunded my money, then promptly hung up on me before I finished speaking. Ridiculous.

  This is unfortunately a 2-star experience. Just look at this pizza… the slices are completely uneven and randomly cut. This also isn’t the first time something like this has happened. The last time I ordered, I had to wait about an hour for delivery because there were only a few drivers available, and when the driver arrived my lava cakes had been dropped during delivery. You’d think after making a customer wait that long there would at least be a quick quality check before sending food like this out. I will say I’ve had some really great drivers before; Nour and Konnor have both been friendly, read the delivery instructions, and always gotten the job done right. But overall I’m really disappointed because I support this location often and experiences like this make it hard to justify ordering again. I’ve even tried to be understanding in the past. During the January ice storm I actually went inside to pick up my pizza to help out the delivery drivers (I usually only do delivery). The experience inside honestly wasn’t great either. The little girl working the counter had a pretty nasty attitude. When I asked about my order because the app said it was ready, she rolled her eyes and said “I’m helping other people.” Then she intentionally skipped helping me and continued SLOWLY calling out other orders in a small lobby. I wouldn’t have asked if it didn’t say my order was ready. I try to support this location often and be patient with delays, but experiences like this make it really disappointing.
