  Christina made the entire visit!!! She was amazing! Best customer service I've experienced in a LONG TIME. She needs raise... maybe two. She cares about what the customer wants amd checks up to make sure they are happy. Really made my day today and I visit this DQ often. She was amazing!!

  There is religious text and statues when you walk in. I don’t appreciate having others religious beliefs forced in my face in a public setting. Will not be back.

  I came to the drive tru just to ask for a cone and she seems not interested in helping. I was nice saying thank you and no response. We all work hard for our money girl! I work 10 min away no need for that girl in drive tru, need to do better customer service!

  I go to this dairy Queen all the time and usually the food is great, always hot & fresh even if there's a line! This time, however, my gravy came SPOILED - I ate it without knowing and unfortunately hurled all of my dinner up.. DQ did their part in replacing it, however once again, the gravy was SPOILED :( its like they put new gravy on top of the old gravy... I dip my fries in my gravy and it was all great until I got down to the middle of the cup, the spoiled smell & taste came back! 🤮🤮 I LOVE THIS DQ but I will not be returning for at least month... Hopefully they'll wash the gravy pan in that timeframe.......
