- RRReviewStar4 days ago1.0Whoever is making the mobile orders/ bowls around 4pm on Friday is NOT putting in the right amount of chicken. This is a recurring theme and it’s getting ridiculous. Please train your staff on correct portion sizes.
- PPPooja PatelApr 21, 20261.0I had a WORST experience at Chipotle. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet I felt rushed the entire time while ordering. The staff kept asking what I wanted next without giving me a moment to decide, which made the experience uncomfortable. On top of that, I ordered a veggie bowl, but noticed pieces of meat mixed in with the fajita veggies. That’s really concerning, especially for someone who doesn’t eat meat. Overall, the service felt rushed and careless. I hope they improve their attention to customers and food handling. WORST STAFF!!!!!!

I asked the employee to scan it and she said you need to come in. I go in and stand in line and I’m told I have to spend a minimum of $6.00 to get the guac when I just spent $13.00 with my order through the chipotle lane. The employee asked the manager who would not honor my reward. If I could I would’ve given them zero stars. Poor customer service.

- ACAnmol ConleyApr 7, 20265.0The people that work there are so and so… they don’t necessarily say thank you or smile when being told thank you so much - But, the food tends to come out at a decent time, (for the most part… I waited 10-mins at the pick-up line for just an order of 2 large sauces to-go). Also, if you order ahead of time and opt to have it as take-out but end up dining in in-person… don’t order the quesadilla with sour cream and salsa on the side on their website… otherwise you end up with mush like this - ( I was expecting the sauces to be packaged separately like they used to be):
