  This review is related to the RX experience. My prior 5 years has been very good. They seem to have changed their service delivery model by outsourcing the RX filing to a offsite 3rd party. If your RX is an emergency, they will fill it as they always have. If not, they push the refill to the 3rd party. Problem, the 3rd party timing is not reliable and they do not explain this via their automated voice assisted technology. Add a full business day to whatever they say will be the ready to pick-up date. Used the delay to price check Mark Cubans RX solution (Cost+). The cost in his solution was just over 50% less even with TT outsourcing the fulfillment. I am willing to pay some premium when it adds convenience. However, this is no longer convenient. Will move to other solution and just use TT for emergency RX's. In others news... their produce department has really improved. So that aspect makes me happy.

  I do not usually shop this store but I could not find 2 items and no one around to ask. The young man/ student was so kind that checked us out !

  This whole company is going downhill fast. When it comes to their online shoppers, they dont always finish out the order after you pick it up. This prevents you from noting if there was an issue with the order or need a refund if something is missing or incorrect. I think they figured that out because multiple orders lately dont get completed. They owe me money from a substitution and ive called them twice now and they still haven't returned my money. They are stealing money from people by not caring enough to correct the transactions. Their employees are nice, but enough of them are slacking and not doing their job well and the online shopping experience has become terrible. Not refunding customers money is a serious issue! These people dont seem to care. WARNING: Tom Thumb will apparently deactivate your account if you leave them a review such as this one - exposing their theft. Then when you go to reactivate it via the number it sends you in their app, those folks said they have no ability to reactivate your account. They say they will send it to their "back stage" whatever that means. So basically, you leave them a bad review, they delete your account. What a great way to gain customers! 🤦🏼‍♀️ All they had to do was correct the balance. Thats it. Shop at tom thumb at your own risk!

  Literally tried to call beforehand to ask questions about the car registration and got hung up on 5 times before I was even able to talk to someone. You get put on hold for different amounts of time before someone picks up and then the line suddenly disconnects. The time periods are also too random for it to be a machine. Whoever was at the customer service desk from 2-4 on 11/20/25 needs to have a run down of how to treat customers over the phone. I work for a retailer and if someone is genuinely just hanging up instead of letting it ring before they can handle it OR telling me to wait a moment, that is horrible business practice. Genuinely appalled at customer service these days.
