  I had a really frustrating experience at this Taco Bell location today. I ordered three Doritos Locos Tacos through the drive-thru, but the woman taking my order, Oralia, only gave me one, even though we confirmed three. I also asked for a side of cinnamon sugar for my cinnamon twists, since the last few times, they’ve been barely seasoned. Last time, a different employee gave me a packet for free—just a simple request—but today, Oralia refused, saying it wasn’t in the computer and that she would have to charge me. After that, when I ordered, she also never asked me what sauce I wanted for my tacos, even though it’s just a normal, expected part of a taco order. When I tried to explain, she was dismissive telling me that she would need to charge me for every single sauce packet that I ask for (which was weird because I ordered tacos) and passive-aggressive. I did not have the time or energy to argue with her since she clearly was not open to accommodating a customer over simple common curtesy. I left without the correct order, no sauce, and just really upset by how dismissive and unhelpful she was, especially since I was on a tight lunch break. I hope the staff can improve and treat customers with more basic courtesy in the future.

  terrible customer service, would not pick up the phone when I called, eventually when they answered they would not listen and just brushed me off when i was trying to ask a genuine question about the mobile because it would not let order nacho fries

  I have always preferred Taco Bell as a convenient grab-and-go option for my kids, but today I had the worst experience ever. I placed a simple order through the drive-thru: 6 items (3 soft tacos, 2 chalupas, and 1 burrito). After waiting about 10 minutes in line, when it was my turn, the staff member took my payment and then asked me to go around and come back again without providing any reason. I asked for clarification, but the response was simply to repeat the same instruction. I complied and went back through the line, waiting another 20 minutes. When I finally checked with the staff, they mentioned it was only for takeaway, which made no sense because neither the customers before me nor after me were asked to do the same. When I raised this concern with the store manager, she did not provide any explanation, did not apologize, and showed no sense of accountability. To make matters worse, the requested sauces were not included with my order.

  Taco Bell is my favorite fast food chain and the food is always good at this location. Great and friendly staff, too. Consistently the best bang-for-buck food nowadays.
