  Worst experience I’ve had at a Taco Bell. I waited way longer than I should have while staff were standing around talking, and I watched multiple people get their food before me. While I was waiting, a worker dropped my burrito on the floor (I have a picture), which is completely unacceptable. When I finally got my food, it was made horribly barely any filling, mostly tortilla, and missing ingredients I always get at other locations. I ended up sitting in my car opening it and was honestly shocked at how bad it was. I don’t mind mistakes, but this was on another level. Between the wait, lack of attention, and how the food was handled and made, this location seriously needs to do better.

  I have to start by saying I'm very disappointed with tacobell and the staff, I came with the idea of ordering my favorite meal, I just wanted to order with the cashier and one of the employees from this tacobell was extremely rude and has no costumer service at all and I saw the manager walking around and not oce did she approach me to at least apologize I will be contacting corporate because if this is the way hat now every employee treats customers I DO NOT EVER WANT TO EAT HERE.

  Placed my order online around 1:15am. The app and Google says the store is open until 3. When I arrived they said they were closed.

  I've had crispy potato soft tacos for almost 20 years but have never had one that only came with 3 pieces of potato. Seriously? This is a scam.
