    R Rude employee, yelled at customer , does not listen to customer , refused to provide service even though payment has been made already He yelled at me and told me to sit at corner . I told him I want to see my sandwich been made to make sure it is made to my satisfaction , he yelled multiple times told me to sit at corner till sandwich is made .i asked for his name he said my name is Lopez .  I told him I want to see manager he said manager is not here and went hide in kitchen . I kept calling him he Naver came out . So I paid for sandwich online but got no service.

    I believe this location and the one on cross timbers has the same owner. Whoever the owner is need to get better at hiring people with more positive attitudes. This is ridiculous! Barely speaks good English and has the NERVE to talk with an attitude. Sir owner….do better with your employees!

    I’ve been a regular customer at this Subway location for many years, but today’s visit was the most disappointing experience I’ve had. Upon entering the store, my friend and I were rudely told to “wait” multiple times by the staff member on duty, who appeared to be in his 50s. Instead of taking our orders right away, he left us waiting at the counter for a significant amount of time while he fiddled with the checkout machine, with no explanation. When he finally returned, he took my order but interrupted my friend mid-sentence, telling him to “wait” again. This happened multiple times throughout our visit, creating a frustrating and disjointed ordering process. In addition to the poor service, he was extremely stingy with the ingredients. He put so little lettuce on my sandwich that I could count the pieces on one hand and added only a few thin slices of tomato. When it came to the tuna, he scooped it onto the sandwich but then scraped half of it back into the container while spreading it, leaving a sparse amount on the bread. The entire experience was unacceptable. We ultimately decided to leave without our order due to the poor service and lack of care. I strongly urge management to address these issues to ensure that future customers receive the quality and service that Subway is known for.

    Apparently online orders take precedence over customers who come to the store in person. Next time ill order online while im the only person there waiting to order and see which gets made first.

    If I could give zeros I would never going here again. The service is soooooo slow, the preparers don’t listen they literally ask you the same question over and over. They are also very stingy with toppings. Cookies are hardly ever fresh. They don’t say hello they don’t acknowledge you the two who are currently there older man older woman terrible. The woman has a horrible attitude and both lack customer service skills. Walked in once he was putting bread in the racks I mean he didn’t say hi not be with you in a moment nothing. I don’t mind waiting but wow. Then he overcharged me and when she had to fix it the woman got an attitude with me. Cutting my off like you need to pay again and I’m just trying to get clarification she’s like “MAMN can you just pay again” like yea I will but I was asking about the process. I hardly ever go but I’ve had a taste for it recently but yeah no. Subway needs a revamp. Also those two need some better training horrible sandwich artist as well. Sorry to be mean but it’s the truth.
