  Very slow service. Smoothie options consist of only fruit mixes - no single fruit options. Prices seem high for smoothies.

  I really enjoy this location. The smoothies are consistently great, and the food quality is always solid. I visit regularly and often come here on weekends for lunch, so this review is based on repeated experiences over time. That said, there is an ongoing issue with customer service involving one particular employee. On multiple visits, this employee has displayed a noticeably rude and dismissive attitude toward customers while taking orders and interacting at the counter. At first, I assumed it might have been a bad day, but the behavior has been consistent across several weeks. During my most recent visit, after ordering to dine in, our food was brought out and placed on the table in a very careless and unprofessional manner before the employee immediately walked away. It made the experience uncomfortable and took away from what is otherwise a great place. I don’t usually leave reviews, especially negative ones, but this has been happening repeatedly and felt worth mentioning. I hope management addresses this, as the food and location deserve better customer service.

  Me and my bf went to get some açaí bowls and smoothies and were met with smug and annoyed attitudes. The kids working there didn’t ask if I wanted a side with my sandwich ( which it comes with a side) and were frustrated that I asked for it at the window. After we didn’t get our smoothies we mentioned something to the kid in the window and he said “well yeah you have to wait”. If that already wasn’t unacceptable my açaí bowl was expired. And not by just a couple days or even a week…. It was expired for over a month and still was served to me! The label on the bowl said use by august 28!!! When I called the location the same kid who told us well you have to wait for your smoothies answered and after I said I’d like a refund or to remake it fresh he said “well I guess you can come get a new one if you want”. No apology, no sense of correction, no humility nothing. I am beyond annoyed and disappointed.

  My 16 year old son wanted a smoothie and he told me to go here. He likes the peanut butter cup smoothie. I finally tried the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. It comes with chips or fruit. That sandwich tastes so good and was an affordable price. I also tried a mixed berry yogurt bowl. That also tasted so good. I will definitely come back to try more items.

  Tropical smoothie is the place to go. Consistency, quality, taste, cost - all 10 stars. I go here multiple times a day
