  I had a very uncomfortable experience at my neighborhood Tom Thumb today. I shop here often, and this was the first time in all the years I’ve shopped here that I’ve experienced something like this. While I was browsing and had not even approached the self-checkout, the employee monitoring the area walked over from behind the self-checkout register and asked if I needed help finding anything. The interaction felt unnecessary, and her continued attention toward me made me feel singled out, especially since other customers were not approached in the same way. The experience was uncomfortable enough that I chose to leave the store without making a purchase. I hope management reviews this incident and reinforces the importance of treating all customers respectfully and consistently. Customers should feel welcome and comfortable in their neighborhood store.

  En general el lugar tiene de todo me encanta, lastima que tengan personal que no quiera atender a las personas con amabilidad y dentro de sus horarios establecidos y en particular si tu tabajo es atender al cliente su nombre es "Eva Gonzalez", mala actitud y grosera, Desde que llegue le movió la cabeza a una chica para que nos negara el servicio argumentando que ya no era horario de atención. Eran las 7:00 pm y segun se el horario de atención es de 8 am. a 8pm.

  i’m just gonna say it’s the greatest because my iPhone keeps messing up and I can’t see what I’m texting or voice to text so it’s just the best store friendly store. Best customer service prices for every budget and I love it.

  I can't say enough about Rebecca in the floral department. She put together a last minute wedding bouquet and boutonniere for me and my fiancee's wedding. It was late Wednesday around 5pm and Rebecca was getting off work at 6pm. Rebecca jumped into action and started helping us by putting the flowers together to help make our day extra special. Her positive attitude and knowledge of the different flowers was amazing. Rebecca, Laura and I will always be grateful for the outstanding above and beyond service you provided us. Thank you so much. Tom Thumb, please recognize Rebecca for her positive attitude, attention to detail and speedy friendly customer service. She is incredible!

  First, there were zero shopping carts at either entrance so the manager (I think) offered to get me one from the parking lot. Other people were also asking for carts. Second, there was an employee (female, black/dark brown hair, black jeans and top, had a name tag) who was incredibly rude blocking the milk area I needed to get to because she was leaning on a cart on speaker phone talking very loudly with a friend. She clearly did not care about her job or the people around her. Only acknowledged another coworker who was joking around too. Very irritating and only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because the manager seems nice.
