- LLLauraDec 27, 20252.0We went hiking at north shore and were looking for a good hamburger. We found the Tavern and checked the menu which says “fresh ground sirloin”. We got so excited to try a new place, it seemed like we were going to have a great burger. It was so, so, so bad we can’t remember having one so bad ever. The meat was clearly not fresh, was probably frozen, had no flavor and chewy full of knuckles and who knows what else. Afterwards we felt like we ate a bag of bricks. We don’t recommend eating a hamburger there, much better off at a fast food place, at least it would taste somewhat fresh.

I ordered falafel burger with fries. The falafel burger was delicious and freshly made. Absolutely loved the fusion of Mediterranean and American flavors. The food was simply delicious and freshly made. I am for sure planning to come here for lunch or dinner.
