- EJEmily JonesNov 20, 20251.0The staff should be embarrassed. I used to go to this Taco Bell all the time, but now I go very little. Yet, every time I do go, there is something wrong with my order. Missing items, missing additions to my food (that you have to pay extra to get), missing sauces. Last night is 100% the last time we go to this location. We had to pay for a couple sauces (which is fine, they were the ones that come in the little plastic cups) but when I received them they were both less than a third full. The time before that both of my sauces that I had as substitutes were missing and the add ons to my food were missing as well. When I brought it in to get it fixed the girl behind the counter gave me the side eye and ignored me until the manager guy came to the counter. While he was trying to fix it, I could hear her in the back saying that nothing was wrong. Absolute crap service, I’m surprised this place is still around with how terrible it has gotten. If you want fast food, just go to the McDonald’s that’s in the connected parking lot. Much kinder staff and, while I have had a few mix ups, it has always been an easy fix and they’re respectful.

Little to no substance, the burrito was mostly liquid no meat. The taco had about a tablespoon of meat, broken shell and three pieces of lettuce, just all of it gross. I threw it away.
