They refuse to answer the phone, and you can’t leave a voicemail because their messages are full. Truly dissatisfied with the level of customer service and overall quality of professionalism from this establishment.

The staff was very patient while we got the sandwich corrected on the app and resubmited to get the discount I had originally put on there. Once I put a request for refund in online, The regional manager was great and quick to respond to get me a refund for the wrong sandwich. I really appreciate your their help!

Took it back and the gentlemen at the counter was nice and apologetic and remade my sandwich, but you could tell it was the woman who works there's hair. She has her hair in a bun but no hair net on which is against health code. Im a manager in a different type of food so I get that things happen, but you can expect mistakes when you dont even do the bare minimum that the health department requires which is a hat or a hairnet at all times. This location is closest to my house but I won't be returning.
