I waited a week before writing this review. Good evening Ms. Reeves, I ordered two subs this evening at the Subway located at 1181 Flower Mound Rd. My son and I were both extremely disappointed in the preparation and quality of the subs that we ordered. The employee was really ridiculously stingy with ingredients and the resulting subs were paltry, insubstantial, and a huge disappointment. I was not expecting extra meat or cheese. I am talking about the vegetables and sauce. He put a negligible quantity and when I asked for more, he did the same thing. It was like watching a French chef adding garnish with tweezers. All we tasted was bread. My son had to add ingredients at home and I didn’t enjoy my sub either. Based on this experience, I would not go back to this establishment. The only reason I’m writing is because this was so far from a ‘perfect’ experience that it is an embarrassment to Subway.
