The gentleman making the sandwich today was quite unfriendly and mumbling every question. His attitude was very indifferent and disconnected. He gave us about 10 small lettuce slices in the sandwich, and when I asked for a little more, he refused to put in and told me it would fall out. I’ve never had anyone refuse to add in basic ingredients to a sandwich at subway! There’s a problem here. Also Sir, it’s a sub and you wrap it in paper. It’s not falling out. Owners- please properly retrain staff. In a small community, this isn’t a good look for y’all.

I started doing online orders to just be able to pick it up and they think they can slack and that people won’t notice when they have barely tried. They tend to not care with the online orders and have made mine horrible pretty much every time. They don’t put nearly as much ingredients or effort and hadn’t toasted mine for my most recent order. In general their service can be not very good in store even. Here’s an example of one of the horribly made sandwiches. Done with this subway.
