- SMSora MameOct 29, 20254.0The workers are always nice and polite. Tipping for fast food is a little strange. I ordered iced coffee with cream, unsweetened. It came sweetened and they said no other way…? In what world can you NOT make iced coffee with milk/cream without sweetener??
- SHShana HolmesSep 15, 20253.0It seems like the employees are doing a great job, all are so kind….I just HATE the order screens…some are completely broke (you hit red button but no one every takes your order, you can barely understand them and they can barely understand you as you scream your order.) They also charge sometimes for ranch when you order cheesesticks and for the cheese that is supposed to come with the pretzel which irritates me…hoping they can upgrade the screens soon.

We ask 3 different people, and only the third one actually stepped up to get us our food. horrible service omg so pissed. Also 97° degrees outside. Sonic, DO BETTER. (btw they also got our order wrong like u have one job sweetie.)
