    This place is ridiculous. They get my order wrong, leave out condiments, their card readers don’t work, and they’re super slow about delivering. Today was the worst-they tried to give me the wrong order then when I got what seemed to be the right one, I checked my bag when I got back to my office and the mustard (one when I should have had two), was previously squished and mostly empty. I am done. I will take the extra few minutes to drive elsewhere. It makes me so mad because I tip every time (when the card readers work), and this is horrible service.

    The workers are always nice and polite. Tipping for fast food is a little strange. I ordered iced coffee with cream, unsweetened. It came sweetened and they said no other way…? In what world can you NOT make iced coffee with milk/cream without sweetener??

    It seems like the employees are doing a great job, all are so kind….I just HATE the order screens…some are completely broke (you hit red button but no one every takes your order, you can barely understand them and they can barely understand you as you scream your order.) They also charge sometimes for ranch when you order cheesesticks and for the cheese that is supposed to come with the pretzel which irritates me…hoping they can upgrade the screens soon.
