The siding was all melted looking part drip part not she tried to blame it on the whip icing and asked if I would like her to redo it I said yes please I mean the cake was 31 dollars I had already paid online then I noticed it was lopsided and pointed that out she says she will try and fix. She brings the cake back after a lil while and shows me part of it as she’s putting it in the box feom what I saw it looked ok not happy with it but ok I get to the car I open it up one more time to look in disappointment and the right side of the cake is completely fallen. I’m assuming that was why she made the face when putting it in box knowing she just messed it up. So upset!

People of flower mound already act weird so I had a pickup route here for groceries and I went in and grabbed myself some additional groceries. Afterwards I called someone to bring out the groceries that were scheduled to pick up and Teressa (short lady with gray hair) was taking pictures of the inside of my trunk, not sure why she did that and didn’t want to assume the worse but I just think that was so strange of her to take a picture of my other things. Atleast she could have taken a picture of the items she placed in there.

They came highly recommended , and while the cake was very delicious, it didn’t look professionally done despite the cake being EXTREMELY simple, and asking specifically if they had someone who was good with font . I will say they we’re kind of over the phone and told me they could fix it, but don’t have enough time before the party. They also offered a partial refund but i don’t live very close so it’s not worth going to get. What I got verse what I asked for is in the pictures
