Quality has gone DOWN. I had the worse sandwich, pizza and buffalowings oh so salty and tastless, the sitting area so dirty and worn out. I had the worse experience trying to sleep with the worse heartburn.

Do not RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Ordered cake & it was all smashed up & off centered writing, Manager of store refused to make it right, or give a refund or offer it free. We waited 48 hours for this cake because they said the person that could write on the cakes wasn't there. Picked it up and couldn't fix it cause no one there could write on the cake properly or fix it. Awful service, GO ELSEWHERE FOR CAKE ORDERS!!

I’m extremely disappointed with the way my studio manager was treated at the Market Street Flower Mound floral department. She went in to purchase flowers that were clearly displayed on the sales floor and was told she could not buy them because she was “purchasing too much” and that the flowers were needed for orders.
The issue wasn’t just the refusal to sell — it was the way it was handled. The interaction was rude, aggressive, and embarrassing, especially as it took place in front of other customers. No customer should be spoken to in that manner.
If flowers are not available for purchase, they should not be placed on the sales floor. Additionally, we purchase flowers at the same retail price as any other customer and should not be treated differently or singled out for buying volume.
This experience reflected a lack of professionalism and poor customer service, and it has completely changed how we view shopping at this location.

I went to Market Street this morning to buy few flowers meanwhile I’m minding my own business Carmen with is the person who works at the flower department comes up to me and says this is it for you you need to stop coming here because you are taking all the flowers when I said excuse me? She said yes you need to stop coming here and go somewhere else like coppell or somewhere there is more stores because I just put out the flowers this morning and you are a florist and your taking everything when I look at here and you you have them out for a reason so people can buy them plus if I’m a florist or not that’s none of her business she just lost a good client because we always spend more than $200 in flower she has no right to be telling people where they should go to buy flowers never going back to this market street

I placed an order for a cake and cupcakes with the expectation that they would be professionally made and presentable. When my husband picked up the order, the cupcakes were extremely sloppy and looked as if they had been iced by a toddler.
After addressing our concerns with someone in the bakery department, we were met with complete indifference. The guys I spoke had a no care attitude demonstrating a total lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for customers. I asked to speak to the manager only to find out he was the manger.
He then carelessly told me I could call back and speak to the store director but they weren’t in today.
This level of service is unacceptable. Market Street promotes itself as a business with high standards, yet this experience fell far below them. The quality of the product and the dismissive attitude we encountered reflect a serious failure in customer service. Employees should take pride in their work and care about the customers they serve, not simply show up for a paycheck.
I am extremely disappointed and would never have expected to be treated this way at Market Street. This situation needs to be addressed!
