  The service was impeccable! I’m not sure of the server’s name but she was very attentive and very informative. I got there too early because the ribs were still on the smoker but she suggested the pulled pork and I’m not for sure that that might’ve been the best pulled pork I’ve tasted. I got some moist brisket that was just superb with its marbling. The owner came by and was very kind and if I lived closer I definitely would go back at least once a week. Those who live in the area are missing out. Seriously, 5 stars all around!!

  We caught them before closing but the service and food was amazing! Pork ribs were super well seasoned! Mac n cheese was exquisite! But the barbque sauce was delicious! Well seasoned and great consistency! I recommend this spot!💯💯💯

  Ok the good first of all. The sausage was GREAT!! Damn good!!! The brisket was good. The soso brisket was soso. The Mac and cheese needed more cheese!! But it was good. Now the bad…. Customer service STUNK!! The owner (who we later in our stay met (more to that in a min) said they were busy as heck. Ok sure I get that no biggie. BUT…… when the BIG guy aka OWNER is sitting behind us chitchatting with people rather then checking on people that come in the store, to see if they need help or a menu. Yea menu……. 🙁🙁 had to wait on someone to bring us one. Then we waited again for someone to help us. Meanwhile…. The owner is chitchatting with people and making drinks rather than checking on us and other customers. So will I go back, prob not. Will my brother go back, prob not. They (HE) needs to work on customer service!!

  We chose Harold Dean’s for a corporate company event for Thanksgiving yesterday and the food and service provided was excellent!! Aaron’s service was above and beyond my expectation with helping with serving sizes and Selections based upon the headcount and even delivered to our office. Our entire staff and their families raved about the quality and flavor of the food and they are a hard bunch to please. I would recommend this place hands down to anyone. We look forward to ordering from you again and taking advantage of the food truck service for future events.

  Had the chopped brisket and sausage, and both were phenomenal! The BBQ sauce, onions, and pickles added the perfect flavor combo. The mac n’ cheese was super fresh and light — not heavy like at other BBQ spots. The mustard potato salad and coleslaw were great sides, and I’m already planning to go back to try the German potato salad (they ran out when I visited, which is always a good sign!). The garlic green beans were also delicious! Portion sizes were generous. I even had enough leftovers for another meal, and it still tasted amazing the next day. The restaurant was spotless, the bar area was beautiful, and the whole place had a fun, welcoming local feel. Definitely adding this spot to our regular rotation!
