Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. Chips came with three dip choices (all od which were yummy). I had brunch. The chilaquiles I had was good, but not the best I have had. It is my favorite Mexican breakfast dish, so I am a bit picky. Next time I will try one of their staple items.

And with the service I received from Jeisson, I'd make that drive again! He's so attentive, polite & patient! He even schooled me on the type of mango that was in my drink lol.
