Gloria’s® Latin Cuisine is an authentic Salvadoran and Tex-Mex restaurant founded in Dallas, Texas in 1986 by Gloria and Jose Fuentes. For 40 years, the Fuentes family has been sharing the flavors they were raised on, from their abuela’s kitchen in El Salvador to your table in Texas. What began as a small family restaurant has grown into a beloved Texas institution, now with 23 locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, Austin, Houston, and San Antonio. At Gloria’s, every dish carries a story of tradition, love and the taste of home. There is a lot of different varieties of courses to choose from and there is never a bad choice. The drinks are, well for a lack of a better word, "on point!". Hands down, the best place to eat and we love it!

The manager was great too. After a minor salsa spill as we were being seated, the cleanup was quick and thorough but in addition the manager didn’t charge me for my meal or glass of wine! Couldn’t ask for better service!
