Staff was very nice to the customers. I can see why there was a long line-this is a good place to visit! Much better/friendlier service than the EBB I go to on my way to work in a different location. I could sip coffee for hours here! Great vibe if you are with friends or family. Have inside and outside seating. Very clean and supplies well stocked at self serve counter.

I could barely taste the cream cheese due to insufficient quantity and had to add some condiments at home for my bagel to have flavor. The last time I was here, I ordered the Texas Brisket Egg Sandwich and was disappointed by the quantity of smoky Chipotle aioli which was supposed to flavor the sandwich. It looks like this is a trend with this restaurant and not a one-off instance of them skimping on the most flavorful ingredient.
