If you are looking at the menu she says just let me know when you're ready hon. It's such a great atmosphere. I was just going to go in get my stuff and go. But after that greeting I stayed and ate. The guy back there was singing softly to himself. It was so beautiful. After the morning I had, it was a very nice greeting. And it's not the first time she's done this kind of greeting. I think she's just a happy person. Keep it up!!

However, they were extremely apologetic and even offered a donut because of the wait. That is true customer service that you can’t find at other fast food places today.
