    When you order a chicken burrito. You will get a rice burrito. I’ve given them to many chances. Lost customer for life. Stores like this are reasons why chipotles stock has tumbled 50%

    I ordered a Burrito Bowl with veggies, extra rice, and extra beans through the Chipotle app. When I opened it at home, the bowl was barely half full — definitely not what I expected after asking (and paying) for extra portions. Really disappointing to see such inconsistent quality and portion sizes. Chipotle needs to pay more attention to what customers actually order.

    Eye was reading the reviews before coming & everyone said the service was "bad". Eye went anyway. They aren't lying. No hello "when" you walk in. The girl rushed me through the line. Mind you its nobody else in line but me. She made my bowl with no love. A person had a pickup order & she had an attitude & then asked me me was eye ready to pay in a way that seemed like eye was taking too long. Eye just told her eye dont want it & walked out. Eye dont even write reviews eye promise you

    Can’t seem to follow simple online order instructions. I asked for a burrito and they give me a bowl, and this isn’t the first time. Idk what kind of substance you guys are on but that might need to be checked.
