I love the food from CAVA and come to this location probably once a month to grab lunch. Every time, I mobile order and every time, it takes significantly longer than the app says it should. I completely understand that at times there are rushes and it might take a bit longer to come out. However, I ordered one bowl that took 25 minutes to be ready for pick up from the time I ordered it, and 15 minutes past when the app said it would be ready by. This seems to be a common issue as multiple people were waiting for mobile orders that should have already been ready for pick up. Not sure if more staff need to be on payroll to support mobile orders or if the pick up times on the app need to be adjusted. The associate at the register offered me a drink while I waited which was appreciated.
