  It was pathetic and worst experience I have ever experienced, really disappointing service, you have great attitude employees who doesn’t know how to talk to the customer, I know she will give lot of excuses to you but believe me this is the reason you hv 3 stars, I ordered my meal and it was some mistake but then also I didnt say her anything but the way she snatched the meal from her colleague, I kept my hand on glass she said so rudely remove your hand, then also I didnt say her anything and she used the word “Bullshit”, I asked her why you said bullshit, rudely she said no I didn’t but yes she did, the best part was I was not staring her but she said Why r u staring at me, and started arguing with my husband, I will suggest no one should go here, we are paying for food, you not offering charity, worst chipotle service I hv ever got

  Love this location! The food is always good in the customer service is great. Shout out to Xander and Alaysha for their excellent attitude, proactiveness, and leadership. Awesome experience!

  Pathetic amount of chicken on online order. Next time I’ll go in person and see if they dare give that little to my face.

  They tend to over salt the meat. My husband saw the chicken being made and it was made over a crazy amount of salt. The way he described it was the cook laid the chicken on a bed of salt and then cooked it up. The lady that was building our bowls seemed like she did not want to go to the back to get more salad after only putting 1 small handful in my bowl (no spinach or anh of the good greens that other locations usually have). I asked her for more then she dumped the rest of the scraps left in the bin along with some of the water that was in there into my bowl. I still asked for more so she finally went to the back and i got a few leaves of spinach and other better greens. She did load it up with the guacamole, but I was looking forward to a nice crisp and quality salad. My husband said his bowl was soupy and he mentioned that this location has gone a bit down hill since he worked there years ago while he was in Highschool. The place looks nice, but the bathrooms smelled like pee and were a bit dirty. I don't think we would come back to this location.
