  Always love coming to this location! Staff is friendly and food is fresh. They’re generous on serving sizes, too, which is nice. Most of all I enjoy getting to know the staff over time. Rita is so customer oriented and fun to talk to; she just sparkles. I’ll keep coming back here for the good food and the friendly environment!

  Came on a Saturday for lunch. Place was completely empty. Young lady working was clearly upset to be there. Which is fine. But got to the topping area and 4 of the 6 toppings I usually get were just not available that day. Which is infuriating that I didn’t find this out that I was going to be stuck paying 16 dollars for a bowl with nothing I wanted on it until the end and didn’t want to be a jerk and say throw that bowl in the trash. So I’ll leave this review to express my disgust with the experience. Won’t come back.

  I had such an incredible experience with CAVA today. I’ve been sick and had a really frustrating situation with an Uber order being wrong—and the driver was honestly pretty rude when I called. But Thomas completely turned my day around. He went out of his way to personally bring my correct order out to my car, which I truly didn’t expect and deeply appreciated. That level of kindness and customer care is rare, and it made a huge difference for me today. Thank you, Thomas, for going above and beyond—you represent CAVA so well!

  The food was great. The experience was a little weird. It was my first time to go to CAVA, so I wasn't exactly sure how it worked. There were probably 7 people that looked like employees, not a one of 'em greeted me. So I went down to where the register was and said, Hey, where do I order? And I got a thumb over to the right, and somebody walked over there and stood, waiting for me to come down. Never said hello or How can I help you, nothing. It was awkward and I felt like I was in an interruption. But like I said, food was good, and I'll go back - just hoping next time it's more pleasant.

  Ordered at 8:03 via mobile app. Watched 7 ppl get served in walk through line from 8:20-8:40 pm, and my bowls were not made. Offered a free soda while I waited. Several others with the same issue. Unacceptable. Spoke with the manager on duty. She was unable to answer why there are not employees at designated stations preparing mobile and in person orders. She said that what occurred tonight is not normal and that staff is directed to discontinue online ordered at 8pm… “just doing my job”… if you’re the manager on duty, then no you are not. See prior reviews noting a similar mismanagement.
